If I Had A Brother... Poem by Arushi Thakur

I sat on a chair on a Sunday morning,
Just thinking of Raksha Bandhan,
The day of joy excitement and treats,
But gradually I don't have a brother.

Once while thinking it striked to my mind,
If I would have a brother,
Would it be a fright,
What would be his name,
All day the tame.

With the same thought passed the night,
I have cousins indeed,
But what giving a real brother,
In true need.

Same joy... Would it seriously be? ? ?
Trained and framed in my eyes,
This question will always strike in my heart,
Like a little mice.
