If I Had Wings Poem by Dipankar Roy

If I Had Wings

Rating: 4.5

If I had wings
Surely clouds would my pals
And sky, sand and soil hepld me to build my sweet home
There, only birds would come on me.

Every one would try to keep me
But surely I disobey their endevour
And sorrow and wooe would cry.

One night on my dream,
I break my way,
The wings with me;
That was polished with gold
And like a bird I sat and sing
Till the dask for the long journey
Fairy queen became my beloved.
She helps me on my every stapes
I glittered on her light and wings,
And i was happy that night with her links.
