I don't trust anyone who's nice to me
Because, of my clothes that they see,
Or even because the shoes that I wear
Or maybe because of the clean cut length of my hair.
I don't trust anyone when we first meet
After with a smile we do greet,
Just because my name is on a credit card
Or maybe seeing my poster in someone's yard.
Maybe because I am a known writer
Or maybe because once before I was a fighter,
And to me they are friendly and nice
Because, they know I can pay the price.
But, if they are ever rude to a Waitress or Waiter
And if they just berate either him or her,
I know then they would treat me the very same way
if I instead was a Waiter that day.
