If I Knew Poem by Anupam Sharma

If I Knew

It is dark,
The moon is showering its light
To embrace the earth..
But its still dark for me.
For i am amidst the shadows,
Shadows of death.
I never knew my flesh is what they want,
For which they surrounds me.
I am helpless,
I cry for thee.
But thy can't come.
I beg for light,
But there is none.
I feel my tears,
While i lose purity.
Thy world made me silent,
Not for days,
Not for months and years,
But forever.
I can't feel thy beauty anymore.
For I am forever gone.
I never knew my flesh is what they wanted.
Its all dark,
Dark and silence.
