If I Lay Still

Rating: 5.0

If I lay still.

Can it ever be again
as when it was,

I love it still.

Sleeping still
I lay awake.

Untill dawn comes
and gently moves the covered colors
as the shadow of what then it was,
now gone.

Comes back before it left,
because it was.
