If Only The Birds Could Bite...
a tree is barking
a dog
the river is jumping
over a mountain
stars sail the sea
ripe guavas ascend
to the skies
i laugh. I regret
having not really
ignored these absurd
happenings.
you are one of these.
for which i have
just ignored.
i am a little boy
playing my marbles
in the park and
there you are
assuming the form of
a dog,
barking, and barking,
if only the birds
could bite.
