If True - Poem by Nassy Fesharaki
If true
We learned that every cell:
“Is alive, has own job.”
Is that right?
If so, I hate me for being me
A single statue, of no worth
Compiled of many cells.
Each could be on its own
If away, not in me.
Then the time has arrived
To call soul, for goodbye.
