If Walls Could Talk Poem by Quintin Bouillon

If Walls Could Talk

If I could talk, I would solve it all
Catch every robbery, solve every crime
Prevent any wrongdoing to even occur.
But, I can't. -

If I could talk, no one would die.
‘Cause all the secrets of others could be connected
And put together to form cures.
Diseases impossible to solve would become treatable,
The rate of life would drastically increase
But, I can't. -

No one can talk without their house listening
We are a curious group, seeing all and knowing all
Forgetting nothing, never lying
And never hiding the truth from the eye.
If I could talk, the world would be at peace.
But, I can't. -
