If You Could Change It (Would You Change It?) Poem by Silverinna Annastasia

If You Could Change It (Would You Change It?)

You were born without a mother,
You were born with a cruel older brother
If it could change,
Would you change it?

You were brought up without any respect for you,
You were sick and tired of it, you're through
If you could change it,
Would you change it?

If only I saw what you had seen,
Maybe things wouldn't have been
You don't trust, anymore,
You don't love, anymore,
And I wish I could have changed it,
Every single bit,
So you'd love me better.

If it could change,
Would you change it?
