Im not a member of this world
im not apart of the club
i dont have a pass or a code to join
so i'll sit back and watch it go by
i'll remove myself and hold off
i'll let them have fun in the club
maybe i'll be invited
but i dont know if i'll accept
i'll stand there and watch it all happen
i'll remain silent
and i'll remain distant
i know poeple
they're members
but i've never been invited
so im going to sit here
and watch it all go by
i'll grow old
i'll fade into the fun
like so many before me.
