I'm So Glad It's Christmas Poem by Loyd C Taylor Sr

I'm So Glad It's Christmas

The Song

Verse One:
I'm so glad it's Christmas,
Decorations all aglow.
I'm so glad it's Christmas,
Christmas trees and winter snow.

I'm so glad it's Christmas,
Celebrations all around.
I'm so glad it's Christmas,
Christmas in our little town.

Chorus:
The Christmas star is shining bright,
The Christmas spirit is in the air.
It's jubilation day and night,
Folk seem not to have a care.

Verse Two:
I'm so glad it's Christmas,
Salutations to young and old.
I'm so glad it's Christmas,
Christmas lights we behold.

I'm so glad it's Christmas,
When God's Son descended down.
I'm so glad it's Christmas,
Christmas in our little town.

Chorus:
The Christmas star is shining bright,
The Christmas spirit is in the air.
It's jubilation day and night,
Folk seem not to have a care.
