Imitations Poem by Vishz Embassy

Imitations

A grin, a composed inhalation, a serene elixir of smile;
from across a corner, he walked
and every step spread a smile epidemic.
what makes him so special? I thought to myself...
he looked me into the eyes and said,
'I love you son! '.
dad! I tried talking to you the very day,
the way you held me between your arms
the way you sailed mum over those painful swarms!

you always were the first to smile,
the first to gesture, and your gestures
demanded a respectable word
and your words that followed
swept people harnessing an odourless kneel

Of September, October, November
I remember last November... your words...
'stings after stings does the hunted serpent brazes
his brazier, breezes the freezer,
enchants the chants of strands
hallucinated filiations over your inhalation'
baby, that was so agile;
I tag it 'swagile'...

interestingly enough... For once, there came a day
my veins were alive via not a dropp to flow
my senses were tuned, yet not a breeze to note
blurring and blurring across
every eye sight straight,
my love was leaving, freezing me out plain.
and then I flew, back
to the darkness that belonged...

A child's life is a window
the hand of care should often open it wide.
for the dirt from panic outside, degrades
the values of the humanic inside.

salutations! I learnt how they work.
trust! I learnt how they reveal.
benevolence! I learnt how they treat.
thoughtful! I learnt how they think.
patience! I learnt how they move.
responsibility! I learnt how they mean.
failure! I learnt how they climb... up there! all the way...
coz the winner eventually stands alone.
