Enemies are all around me
The worst being the one within
When I woke up last night
Passing 12 had my clock gone
Through a door came that haunting witch
No manners had her mother taught
Knocked she not, and that blurred my sight
Crushing and crushing my rib bones hard
Pealed did she my solitary heart.
Where was I meant, I never knew till
When she started up, pleasure swung me down
Swimming and whirling across my toes
She made me feel like heaven was no cool
Least did her voices threat, at that moment
I would convince me now.
Days worked hard, to cast on me the truth
Girls can be seen from their own eye’s bloom
And then I realized, no angel had she been
But a cloud, that simply wants to rain.
Now I owe not a penny for a suit
Yet, I am a complete man.
