I leave the whole world
For people to do as they please
And find myself a secluded place
Where I can sing and scream unheard;
Then, out of the blue, comes a lousy man,
Who stands very close to me
and pretends to watch the scenery,
suggesting with his eyes
That the sea and the moon are public property
And that he has the right to stand inside my throat
Since he found me outside my home!
