In Dependence Day Poem by Weldon Davis

In Dependence Day

Rockets red glare
A drunk distant stare
No more freedom for me
On In-D-Pendence day

In dependence day
I depend on so much
To go right
I write in the night

Somethings not right it seems
Balls and chains on my soul
I have no control
Of my dreams

On Independence Day
