In Her Spell Poem by Robert Edgar Burns

In Her Spell

Her name is precious to my ears.
Her beauty takes my breath away.
The spell she placed upon my mind
Binds me to her to this day!

If I knew an angel and I speak truth,
I know that she’d be the best of the two.
I do know a princess, who now is my queen.
To her I’m devoted, she is my everything.

I know her as beauty, and oh, what a sight.
She is in my day dreams, and as I sleep at night.
I also know a fairy, who has a magic wand.
She never shall use it, It’s her finger I’m wrapped on.

She giggles when I kiss her, on her lips or anywhere.
Or when sitting on my lap, right in my easy chair.
Her softness is enticing, her voice a sexy purr!
If I must have a spell on, I’m glad it is from her!

Through this life we’ll wander, hand in hand in love.
If God is our guide and master, We’ll be together still above.
Do you know who this girl is? I will never tell.
I want her to keep me, in her enchanting spell.
