The rain is falling fast and hard,
But in my heart there is a warm and steady glow,
The heat of the sun is within me,
The glow of the pearl is all that I need,
You touched my hand, you touched my soul,
I lived a thousand lives,
I danced in the rain, laughed in the moonlight,
It makes me happy to know that I have you by my side,
I smile and you are there,
I cry and I know that you will be,
A moment with you is to love,
It is to feel a presence that nobody else does,
Love they say is a mysterious thing,
The only way to keep it is to give it away,
So here you are, you have my heart,
Keep it safely it is my love.
