In Old Age Even The Longing Dies

IN OLD AGE EVEN THE LONGING DIES

In Old Age even the Longing dies

Bit by bit-
We lose everything -

Death is the answer
But that too often comes too slowly -

We lose everything
Even the Longing-

Old old old
Life is not a dream.
