In The Abdomen, In The Arms Poem by Garland Jodie Jeen

In The Abdomen, In The Arms

</>I'm thinking of embracing you in my arms,

but you're still inside my abdomen

Maybe i go too fast,

Maybe i go too far,

you're still inside my head only, i'm just imagining.

You're my future tense,

yet i feel you're here at present.

You're like a cloud, from nowhere to nowhere.

i just want to make sure of the sentence,

'You are going to give birth to a baby', on the first page of a prophecy

'kay, i'm impulsive

but i just want to give a birth to myself first

before your little fists play inside my abdomen,

and your little feet do some stretching to cheer me.
