In The Amazon Poem by Atef Ayadi

In The Amazon

no kid is left behind,
floating
above the ground
in a cube of darkness
made of labeled
ad free, taxed,
waxed and brushed of
thoughts,
and spongy gummy yummy
volatile desires.

in the amazon
no kids needs a holy book
a holy temple
a holy video
or a sentinel machine.
the forest is the holy book,
one's body is
a simple walking talking,
yet desirable temple.

in the amazon
poverty is
un-taxed, and
unbounded freedom.
