In the Middle of Darkness…
In the middle of darkness
I stepped on with slackness
Led a life of madness
I roamed around with sadness.
My dear ones had forsaken,
All I had were taken;
Men on whom I believed,
No doubt they deceived.
Thoughts of future shrouded;
Mockers around me crowded.
No ray of hope to peep,
I had no strength to weep.
Months and years rolled by,
Fortune told me ‘Try’,
A star smiled from the sky,
In joy I tried to fly.
Though seemed a tiny star
Who shined at me a far;
You are the ‘Living Light’
Who made my life so bright.
