In The Rain
Sitting at the window
I watch the rain falling
Beating leaves and grasses
The shiny drops rolling
I feel the cool touch
Of the wind and smile
What a beautiful life it is
Wish time stops for while
I hold a raindrop and
Let it roll on my palm
Its soft touch feels good
To a lonely heart as a balm
Wish could go out
Sing and dance in rain
To soothe the sad heart
And kill the unbearable pain
