I sat in the shadows
And I watched,
Destiny unfold.
Destruction and anarchy.
Self inflicted wounds.
I destroyed me.
I watched it happen.
I made all the wrong choices.
Loved all the wrong people.
Told all the lies.

It’s no surprise that I’m helpless.
I don’t want to be saved.
I want to lay here motionless.
I want to listen to my heart.
I want to hear its final beat.
I want to go numb and stiff.
I want to forget existence.

The worlds been unkind to me.
God only knows,
The secrets I keep.
Consumed in destruction.
Death seems like bliss.
I only have one wish.
I want to end it all,
