In This New Magic(An Acrostic Sonnet With Anadiplosis) Poem by Avik DattaGupta

In This New Magic(An Acrostic Sonnet With Anadiplosis)

Inside your thoughts there is nothing new,
Nothing new to give the spark!
The spark that would bring a different hue!
Hue defined to fight in the dark!
In the dark you got robbed of a part of your sense,
Sense was a feeling felt blissfully near,
Near to feel an ethereal essence,
Essence of the self your soul would wear.
Wear your best, be impressed by all means,
Means to do magic and be amazed!
Amazed by the traits of your human genes!
Genes that jump to mutations interplayed.
Interplayed by yourself as visions cared,
Cared in this new magic, if you ever dared!

Very nice except for line four --- the first letter doesn't fit. I'm sure you can fix it.
