Incongruent Poem by Theresa Ann Moore

Incongruent

Rating: 5.0

Incongruent you must be such a lonely word
Never is there another word of agreement heard
All of your spaces and intervals are void
Of a pleasing match… all others seem to avoid

What is it about you that causes exasperation
Ending with abandonment because of frustration…
Without a 'keep out' sign, you have endless privacy
There are no common syllables to form an intimacy
