Indecision Poem by Kimberly Lindsey

Indecision

I feel as though I can not move,
Indecision has bound me,
With its’ ropes of fear.

For to make a decision,
Is to leave something I love,
Or someone….

To move from this place,
Where I float along,
Is terrifying…

If I choose wrong,
I loose my love,
And yet… what do I hold?

For love does not cheat,
Nor lie or deceive,
But…. It did.

I feel as though I can not move,
Indecision has bound me,
With fear.

Can I trust you again?
Dare I trust with my heart?
The wounds inflicted won’t heal.

I love you with every beat of my heart,
Yet the scars are deep and raw.
I miss you still….
