Independent Poem by Tor Magnor Solvang

Independent

No longer tied, a chain undone,
On others, things, or setting sun.
A quiet plea, a whispered name,
To break free from the binding game.

And in that plea, a wondrous shift,
A brand new start, a holy gift.
Like waking up to light so true,
A second chance, life fresh and new.
