Innocent Life Taken Poem by Kelsey Joe

Innocent Life Taken

She went to a friend's
And her friend served beer,
But she thought about it
And said, 'No dear'.
She went to her car
And she drove away from the meet,
When a bright light came towards her
And she banged her head in the seat.
She was pinned to her chair
She was so sore,
She saw the firemen come
and force open the door.
He lifted her out gently
And put her in the road,
Where she saw blood surround her
And she began to moan.
The doctor came over
And said 'This girl has lived a lie
She is in critical condition
I'm afraid she will die.'
She cried with her last breath
And then she was dead,
And that was the end of her
And that's all that was said.
