Insanity Poem by pavitra singh

Insanity

Insanity invanity

This breaking peace
Causing calamities
Always surrounded by people
But still, loneliness kills me
All the emotions trapped
Inside a paralyzed heart
No vent, just anger
Thats destroying my punching bag
Bruised knuckles hidden inside red boxing gloves
Longing for gore, missing pain
Broken noses and bones.

Gone

Half high on cocaine
Wandering aimlessly in a liquor store
With a prescription from a doctor
' a gallon of vodka and a pinch of salt '

Doped

Wakeup roped,
Tied to a bed of stones
All i see are monochromatic rainbows
Which i still can't reach
My arms hurt
My impervious skin made porous by iv's
Dips full of lsd's

Dreams.

Still hanging by strings
Below, an endless pit.
Under the darkend sky
Of my post apocalyptic mist.

No matter how far i run
It'll chase me
Catch me
Destroy whats left of me
Completly erase me.
