Inside The Snake's Mouth (Lyrics For A Dark Indie Song) Poem by Luisa Costa Macedo

Inside The Snake's Mouth (Lyrics For A Dark Indie Song)

Inside the snake's mouth
While I fade slowly
Comes a last doubt
Should dead be this sweet

No doubt
It's sweet
No doubt
It's a candy treat

Inside the wolf's pack
While I rest peacefully
Downs the night in black
Should danger be this warm

No doubt
It's warm
No doubt
It's a soft flown

Inside the bear's cage
While I stretch my bones
Smells a honey flange
Should hunger be so bright

No doubt
It's bright
No doubt
It's a mind light

Inside the limbs and water creatures
While my face turns purple
the revolving and speaking waters
embraces cold in a hot bubble

No doubt it's coming to save me
No doubt it's coming to pace me.
