Where do you go when your,
Sad and lonely feelings start,
Me I know just where to go,
I just hide inside your heart,

No one can touch me there,
Or see the tears on my face,
It is very safe in there and has,
Always been my favorite place,

There is always warmth for me,
No matter how hard they try,
When you hold me in your heart,
It is hard for others to make me cry,

You may have others that you,
Put inside there besides me,
But our bond is always stronger,
Because you mean so much to me,

Not as my lover because you,
Mean so much more as a friend,
You saved me from being broken,
You caused my heart to mend,

You’ve always been very special,
Even when you were out of sight,
You’ve been inside my heart since,
That day you became my knight.
