Interest Poem by Rajendra Prasad Meena Jaipur India

Interest

How sweet the internet may seem at first,
Yet slowly steals the treasure of our day;
We wander there with never-ending thirst,
And let our golden hours fade away.

Its shining world attracts the restless mind,
But leaves the heart and soul in empty space;
Too late we learn what wisdom we could find,
Had we spent time in thought, in art, in grace.

So, turn from useless waves that swiftly climb,
And give your heart to poems rich in rhyme.
For words outlive lost time.
