Into A Thicket That I Deemed Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Into A Thicket That I Deemed

Into a thicket that I deemed
Not very large
I wandered
With every pace I learned more
More discovered:
But of my journey did not see the end
Even as target
Captured in this web
The labyrinths too cunning
On into one
One after one!
And yet
Yet
I regretted not the labyrinths
As time went by
And discovery on discovery made I.
