Into The Future Poem by james watkin

Into The Future

One soft push, all it would take.
One slight peek, its door through.
To emphasize, though bright aired
This uninspiring view.

One hand, one eye, as frail, faint
Wishfully bestowed.
To leave what is, present roomed
Restless paced, grim-shadowed.
