Should I walk into the sea?
Go and drown this part of me
that cannot stay, yet cannot leave.
Can only cry and scream and grieve.
Should I walk into the sea?
Let it pour inside of me.
Baptize and wash me clean.
Blue and holy.Host and dream.
Should I walk into the sea?
Let the tide wash over me.
Undertow. Pull me down.
To the deep. Let me drown.
Should I walk into the sea?
Let the water cover me.
And with every tidaled wave
push me under to my grave.
Should I walk into the sea?
Let the liquid blanket me.
Cover me in final breath.
And lay me down. To sleep,
to death.
Shoud I walk into the sea?
