Intuition Poem by Pamela Davison

Intuition

Rating: 5.0

Companionship sits in lonely corners,
Waiting for your advances,
And wonders why you let
White noise
Keep you from her door.

Even in your doubt,
She would help you examine
Each pebble in your heart,
Piling them into neat compartments
Of clarification
As you freely express every fear.

Why you should run
From the sanctuary of Solitude
Is a question for the ages,
And she believes she'll never
Quite grasp the reason
For your evasion.

Camaraderie can exist with the self
When the kingdom of heaven
Is discovered
To be living inside,
And it's found to be paved
With the gold of intuition.
