Invent Poem by Princess Kathleene Gabunales

Invent

you don't get it easily with one look
or even with a single try
show what you possess is more than the surface
your skin is a little pale under the sun
in times you're catching breath to live
think about chances-or different places
the scientist didn't get it for the first time
colors of water are being mixed yet

smoke covers the whole mountain
fog in the morning
but you do know how to put on a fire
what keeps you driving
your mind is set for a goal
you hold into the roots of the future
let their be hope and lighting to guide

amidst the strange feeling
perhaps a doubt of being alone
in the woods and not in life
take a step and leap
you'll travel and transform
sucess is built up by heart
and not only by hand
