Invisibility Poem by Arin Karma

Invisibility

Rating: 5.0

Why can't you see me? Standing right in front of you?
Then I ask myself, 'Since when have I had invisibility? ? '
When I see you, I smile sweetly, only hoping that you'd smile back at me,
But since I have invisibility, you can't see me.
I stand in front of you, hoping that you'd stop.
And you just walk right through me.
Why can't I connect to you? ? Can't you feel me in your arms? ! ?
Holding you, while I lie in the unforgiving earth, unbreathing.
Lifeless.
It's cold and dark here, and I ask myself..'Where is the light? ? '
You've shattered me into so many pieces, I can't even count them all.
Why must you avoid me? What have I done to you?
It's funny how I can hear you in a whisper, but you can't even hear me screaming your name.
My time here is done, and I must go back into the dark.
Alone.
I don't want to go, but whats the use of me being here..when i'm invisible?
From different worlds we come from him and I, and no matter how hard I try, I can't exist to him and he can't see or hear me, and now I'm stuck for all eternity, with Invisibility.
