Invisible Poem by Zoe Allen

I remember the day I met him
He had saved me
There was no one else who understood me more
He had helped me
We became the best of friends
He adored me
I was at one point all he ever wanted
He needed me
I wasn't until the night we kissed when everything changed
He loved me
But that won't happen anymore
He doesn't trust me
I've done all I can to save our friendship
He had moved on
I can't go a day without thinking of him
He no longer cares
I try to get his attention
He can't see me
I feel invisible.
