Invisible Poem by Elena Bernard

Invisible

Alone.
Invisible in my world,
Longing to be seen,
Like a caterpillar in the green.
I made up my mind not to expect anything,
But he came and left like a breath of spring.
I had never felt this new side of me since I had this experience,
Coming out of my invisibility in that sense,
I felt like a butterfly that struggles to break through its cocoon,
Ready to reveal its colors soon.
But fate seems to mock me with her beauty,
Everything shattered really,
Enthusiasm,
Friends,
Love, Gone.
It is bringing me back to my invisibility.
What happens now?
When will I become visible again?
