Iron is Life it brings good vibes
Body without Iron makes it bombs
Iron is Life it carries oxygen to lungs
Body without Iron system suffer to bangs

We all need this for good functioning
We all need to eat iron source food
Just treat oneself for highest well-being
Red meat, poultry and leafy vegetables are iron source food

Let's prevent iron deficiency anemia
Let's create a life free from dilemma
