Is Civilisation Our Answer To Death



Is civilisation our answer to death
That makes us create things in depth
Like art, religion, science and the arts
Leaving behind things that will last

Are the promises of eternal life
For ourselves from the death that's rife
The things we need to continue on
To take us away from a dreaded song.
