In every second it exists. In every breath it fills the room with silence.Nothing to hide behind, no name it bears.Every word is a distant echo, humming across the galactic divide. The ethereal spirit that pulses through the veins of the earth, its fertile soil still sowing its life-bearing seeds.Rain falls outside, and the days march on steadily. We fall faster apart; time strips away the illusions that dance on the cave wall in melancholy.
The figures that bear names, shapes and sounds woven in the fabric of time. They are blissfully unaware of the cosmic dark that cloaks them with its embrace.Taking steps, creating an imagined sense of significance, yet fading fast as the comet that passes the earth.Forgetting the things they vowed to recall, the spiral arms the Milky Way with stars scattered like pebbles across the ocean floor; they roll to the rhythm of the tide.
The gap between harmony and sadness exists but in the mystery of the tears that fall upon the lonely page; the distance between the self and the infinite is but a memory's fragment away. When nothing remains, everything exists; true, undiluted, and formless.
And making a promise, he said his goodbye.Hesaw his existence pass in front of his eyes.Turned on his heels and the world disappeared; given his life, relinquished his fear.No object could tell of what once here had been.No comment or trope for this tomb with no view, dead sunsets and starlight believed once as truth.
