It is all as good as it ever willbe
I cannot expect more
There have been many days in my life
When it has largely been alright
It will never be perfect
It will never be completely secure
I will never be healthier than I am now
I certainly will be less healthy
It is all as good as it will ever be
Miracles are not coming
Youth will not be mine again
The dream of recognition will not be realized
This is just a day
An ordinary day
I must be grateful for it
There is nothing major wrong
It is not going to be better than this ordinary day is
I must be grateful for this now this today.
