It is time to say it is enough
It is time to bridge the gap
It is time to undo the harm
It is time to stop the bleeding from the gum

They have had enough strong words
They have suffered enough hurt
They have endured enough punches
They have reached their emotional crises

The world has shown them too much hate
The harm done is too great
Now is the time for a change
Now is the time to do what to them seems strange

We can break the chain
We can create the change
We can change the scope
We can bring back hope

Let us wipe those tears
Let us begin to allay those fears
Let us put smiles on these crumpled faces
Let us stop the punches they have endured for ages

Let us go beyond borders
Let us be good to others
Let us feed those who are hungry
Let us free all and sundry
