It's Been One Long Year - Poem by Debora Soramaki

It was one year ago
When you touched my heart
For a moment or so
That was just the start.
Will another year or two go by?
I pray that doesn't take place
Your memory of me will surely die
If no more you see my face.
My yearning still is strong for you
So many dreamy thoughts prevail
I hope you're thinking of me too
As I wait to read your e-mail.
