Cut My Heart Out - Poem by Debora Soramaki

Your plan to destroy
Started out slow.
I was your first victim,
But you didn't know
That I was a fighter
And would not give in.
You made the rope tighter
But I'm going to win.
Cut my heart out,
You will not succeed,
For in the end
Your heart will bleed.

    'Cut my heart out,
    You will not succeed,
    For in the end
    Your heart will bleed.'
