It's Just Not Right Poem by Sheri Green

It's Just Not Right

Have you ever had one of those days
Where you should have just slept the day away
Because nothing really ever goes your way?

And what if every day was always that bad
Always being one of life's little footpads
Oh, how my life is so pathetic and sad.....

I cannot even go to the market or corner store
With out some nosy granny calling in the corps
My dreams will be forever haunted by 'get down on all four'....

I cannot even take a brisk walk in the night
Without being assaulted by some weird guy in tights
Some things in this world are just not right...

And nowadays the hired help are nothing more than grunts
That wouldn't know their brain from a rotten peanut
How I miss the old days when power came with loyal servants..

There are times I want to hang with my homies just chillin'
When some leotarded freak knocks the door down with a loud 'Time for a killin'
Some days it just doesn't pay to be an Evil Villain....
