It’s Only The Beginning Poem by Sarah Baughman

It’s Only The Beginning

Rating: 5.0

When I look in her eyes
All I see is fear,
All she dose is fear me.....
With my eyes I can see....
I see her hesitation,
When she runs....
She dose not get far,
She runs in circles,
But never leaves....
She runs fast,
But never gets away....
She runs as long as she can,
But ends up right where she started.
I can see her life drift away,
With every breath.
The darkness in her eyes have gone
She importunes and pleads for her life,
But the day I let her live
Will be the day that I die! ! ! ! !
At that moment I saw death.....
Death upon her soul.....
She lives for today, , , ,
But dies for tomorrow! ! ! !
She finally learns that fear! .! .! .
O fear is just the beginning.........

Very Nice I like the flow of it the urgency the pleading. I felt I needed to rush to the end really great you are starting to develop a style and a voice keep writing.
