Jacaranda- A Cool Feeling Of Velvet Blue Poem by PRATAP KUMAR Behera

Jacaranda- A Cool Feeling Of Velvet Blue

Jacaranda- a Cool Feeling of Velvet Blue
-------------------------------------------------------
A velvety relaxation
An ocean of soft velvety blooms
Beneath my tired feet
Upon the bed of emerald green
So elegant you are that never seen.

Raise my head and this soul searches for you
Inside the blue canvas you have purple hue
No hardness of stone that hurdles you
Your softness is harder than stone and sand around you.

When the gentle breeze calls you
With the chirp and hum
You lose your velvet trumpet and sings
Like guitar string
Touch my lover's face and butterfly's wing.

You keep my tiredness away
With your smiling face that kiss me and sway.
A fleeting moment that I carried once at lane of Sunabeda
Truly blessed my palette and canvas.
